The pay-off of doing back-to-back shows this weekend was not what I expected, it was the amazing people I met. I made money, made some great potential business connections, met a lovely 85 year old gentleman who is going to be one of my painting partners this spring when the weather gets nicer, plus got a great commission. But the best part? the wonderful people I met and felt a real connection with.
